2016 - First Workshop of the Year - Probiotic-Enhanced Fermented Foods


I have had lots of requests throughout the year to run another workshop of fermenting. So, I am very excited to announce that the first workshop for 2016 has been organised and is ready for people to start booking. I cannot stress enough how valuable it is to include fermented foods into our diets to improve our gut environment and in turn our digestion. I have developed unique recipes that add an extra dimension to the fermenting process by including probiotics. People have reported that their digestion and energy levels have increased significantly after learning how to make their own probiotic-enriched fermented foods and started including them regularly into their diets.
